His parents were listed as Michael and Mary O'Connor. He was 27 yrs old and died of typhoid fever.

Michael O'Connor, age 27 yrs 5 mo. died Oct 9, 1854 of consumption. Parents listed as Michael and Mary O'Connor of Abington, Ma. He was married and a bootmaker, b Ireland.
Austin and his family apparently moved to Chicago about 1864 per their childrens births.

Austin (d April 14, 1875) was buried at Calvary Cemetery in Evanston, Il.
Cemetery record: Interred at Calvary Cemetery first-Apr.15,1875, re-interred Nov 14,1881. The body was moved to a new grave on the order of Susan O'Connor. He was originally buried in a plot belonging to John Julian. He died the same day and they were buried together. Relationship, if any, not known.
