Research Notes:  The Ballyroan CP Tithe Applotments were transcribed from the LDS film #0256573 by Pat Connors.  The film was very light and difficult to read, plus the recorder couldn't spell some of the surnames or townlands.  All recorded names are as spelled in the record.  Since it was extremely hard to read, all entries should be checked if you are trying to find connections to your family.  This resource is an index, since there is more information for each entry in the source document.  The Townlands and/or areas were also hard to read, and used old times spellings, so may not look familiar.
MORE TRANSCRIPTION NOTES:  Each townland had a page of it's own and was numbered.  The pages were then arranged in townland alpha order.  Surnames were also listed in alpha order for each townland.  However, townlands numbered 3 to 10 were missing from the film, so townland between Dwary and Raheenabrogue are not in the below index.
