Research Notes:  The Bruree/Kilmurry/Derrygalvin Civil Parish Tithe Applotments were transcribed from the LDS film #0256576 by Pat Connors.  The film was in very light at times which made the transcription difficult and the handwriting was very old, plus the recorder couldn't spell some of the surnames.  All recorded names are as spelled as in the record.  All together it was, at times, extremely hard to read correctly, therefore, all entries should be checked if you are trying to find connections to your family.  This resource is an index, since there is more information for each entry in the source document.  The Townlands and/or areas were also hard to read, and used old times spellings, so may not look familiar.
TRANSCRIPTION NOTES:  I ordered the film that covered Bruree (films listed alphabetically) and was surprised to also find both Kilmurry and Derrygalvin civil parishes bundled and enumerated together with Bruree civil parish and for three separate years (1827, 1828, 1829!  However, they were very difficult to read at times and you will find many ???.  The tithes were enumerated by townland for each year but nowhere in the tithes, did it say which civil parish the townland was located, so using the 1851 Townland Index, I have assigned civil parishes.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:  Derrygalvin was also enumerated separately at a later year (1833).  They are transcribed here.
